Lulu Belle came to Bisbee in 1898 from Nevada, and a year later she married Harry L. Stoddard. They had five children: Stanley, Emory, Shirley, Wesley, and Della, The family resided in Elgin from 1911 to 1930. Sometime before 1940, Lulu Belle and Harry divorced and she married Ezra B. Douglas in Superior - according to 1940 Census records.
