 Joe R. Heredia, 66, of Tucson died June 22, 2023, survived by his loving partner of 25 years, Patricia Ann 'Patsy' Garcia, his brother Robert, his sister; Lila, his doggies Toby and Hollie, and his best friend, Mike McKenna. Joe worked for the City of Tucson and retired after 23 years there.
